The new Honda City is set to be introduced in the Pakistani Market.
Couple that with the news item that Corolla is now only coming out as a 1.6, this leaves the middle class market totally empty for Honda to eat up! The new design is much better than the horror that roams our streets. If this is what the new Honda City looks like, then all is goood.

Hi folks
when new shape/model of Honda VTI will be launched.
Only Honda folks can answer that at the moment.
But I believe it will be a 1.5 liter car, which leaves Toyoto and to some extent Suzuki (Liana) as the only serious contender for the 1.3 category. Interesting times ahead, God willing.

not so good design the design of 2008 was better but this car is advanced

Wow.it is the awesome model of HONDA CITY. I PERSONALLY HAVE THIS CAR. WHAT A SMOOTH N GUD DRIVING. IT IS 1 OF THE BEST CAR..
about peoples concerns:
honda city 2009 has partial disc (front disc sans ABS, rear drum amid ABS), Toyota 1.3 Gli 2009 has all-4 disc with ABS+BA+EBD. honda city lacks electic power steering, toyota 1.3 Gli has it. only good for honda is with AT transmission @ 14 lac 29 thousand. while corolla 1.3 Gli comes only with MT @ 13 lac 89 thousand i guess. mileage wise corolla is better, looks wise honda is little exciting. overall result, if u dont care about AT, go for corolla its much better perfomance wise and features wise. if u want looks and AT, get honda.

honda city is very beautiful but rear style is very stupit
I am a user of Honda City 2005 & 2006 and has become an ardent admirer of Honda.Its driving has become an enjoyment for me.The new 2009 model is impressive but lacks more refinement in the rear side.Any our Honda is more impressive in its 1.3 class as compared to its competitors.I am eagerly looking forward owning a 2009 model soon.
