I have two cars leased out from Faysal Bank, through their DHA branch (H Block, Lahore).
The staff is courteous and they do look after you, but they will not tell you that your car payment is overdue until it gets at least two months overdue. Also, they call their financing Car Ijaara (the Islamic leasing system), although they do not have a license for Islamic Banking from the State Bank of Pakistan.
But I am quite satisfied with their service for the last four years… If anyone wants to get their car financed through a bank, Faysal Bank (the H Block, DHA branch) is definitely a viable option!!
