@bilalzaidi: The banks are nowadays even more strict to lease out cars to new clients. If you already have a leased asset from the bank, the transaction may become a bit easier, but that is not always the case (as the leasing companies also consider your total number of loan payments to decide if you can take another loan in terms of a car – I recommend going for Islamic Banks – even if not for religious reasons, Islamic banks inherently have more paperwork with which you are more secured in the long run) — But the new Honda City is surely a good choice to lease out… Good luck and do keep CarAdvice.pk posted about your new car!

i have come to know that now banks reduces Mark up rates as kibor rate is down from 15.5% to 12% now banks finance (if some) to 17 to 18% it comes from 22 to 25 % . if some one has more info plz share

i want to know how to buy a car from some person which is leased from a bank.is there any paper work with bank or some other way which guarantees me that now lease is transfered in my name and i am now direct with bank to pay remaining installments and bank will not need old owner anymore while transfering docs in my name on maturity and also whethe insurance that i will pay will cover me as new owner or not.pls reply via my email bas4318@hotmail.com
